   A cupcake is a small cake  designed to serve one person, which may be baked in a small thin paper or aluminum cup. As with larger cakes, icing and other cake decorations such as fruit and candy may be applied.This is best to your loved ones and this is also affordable.

      A doughnut or donut is a type of  fried dough confection or dessert  food. The doughnut is popular in    many countries and is prepared in    various forms as a sweet snack that can be homemade or purchased in  bakeries, supermarkets, food stalls, and franchised specialty vendors.

     Ice cream is a mixture of milk, cream, sugar, and sometimes other ingredients, that has been frozen into a soft, creamy delight using special techniques.Ice cream has been a popular treats especially during birthday celebrations because it something that can cool our minds and souls.Here in Philippines we usually called it "sorbetes" which is a dirty ice cream in others, students most likely to buy ice cream after class if there is a vendor outside the school because their making it merienda.

     When you love mangoes you will surely like this kind of dessert. Mango graham cake is a popular dessert in the Philippines also called mango float, it’s cold, sweet and so easy to make just layer graham crackers, sweetened cream, mangoes and enjoy.. This mango float recipe is another way of using fresh ripe mangoes.

     Ube halaya or halayang ube is a Philippine dessert made from boiled and mashed purple yam. Ube halaya is also used in pastries and other desserts such as halo-halo and ice cream. It is also commonly anglicized as ube jam, or called by its original native name, nilupak na ube.  There are various ways to prepare this creamy dessert but this recipe is the simplest and easiest to follow. It is used in other Filipino delicacies such as halo-halo and may be used as a spread for your breakfast pandesal. Whatever ube halaya is paired with, it's sure to please. The rich purple color of the dessert also makes it totally Instagram-worthy. 

      Buko Pandan is a type of Filipino cold dessert made of jelly cubes, young coconut, and sweetened cream infused with pandan or screwpine flavor. Although the above three are the standard ingredients, tapioca pearls or sago, kaong, and nata de coco are commonly added as well.This tropical salad is usually enjoyed as a snack or dessert and often made for holiday parties and other special occasions. Rich, creamy, and loaded with pandan flavor, this Filipino classic dessert is sure to be a crowd favorite.


     Puto are Filipino steamed rice cakes, traditionally made from slightly fermented rice dough. It is eaten as is or as an accompaniment to a number of savoury dishes. Puto is also an umbrella term for various kinds of indigenous steamed cakes, including those made without rice. It is a sub-type of kakanin. It is the perfect dish to bring to a gathering or potluck because it’s easy to eat and to transport. There are many variations that include different flavorings such as ube (purple yam) and pandan. It can also be topped with cheese or salted egg.

     Cheesecake has found quite a popular place in the dessert menu of many across the world. Known to be originated from the greek cuisine, cheesecakes is a sweet, spongy dessert with several layers in it, the thickest one is a mixture of soft cheese, eggs, vanilla and sugar. There are many flavours of cheesecake including the fruit cheesecakes, mango cheesecake being India's most popular. You can serve this delicious blueberry cheesecake as a post-dinner dessert to guests or even have it as a tea-time treat. This Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake is thick, creamy and flavored with tangy lemon and blueberries throughout.It sits in a graham cracker crust and is topped with homemade blueberry sauce.       Pastillas de Leche if directly translated from Spanish means “milk tablets” or “milk pills” which basically describes this Filipino sweet delicacy. This is made from evaporated milk with some mixtures to make it like a dough. The dough will be formed into small shape and be coated with sugar. What we have here is a no-cook quick and easy dessert recipe intended to satisfy your cravings right away. Also, cooking or heating the ingredients is not necessary. All you have to do is mix the ingredients together and voila, a sweet delicious milk candy that you can have for dessert in no time.Like what I’ve mentioned, the best Pastillas are the ones that are made using Carabao’s milk.      Mango Jelly made with juicy mangoes, jelly cubes, mini tapioca, and sweetened cream is a delicious treat you’d want all summer long!
